Product Manager (Fintech / Remittance / MSB) at HR-EX Consulting

Responsibilities

• Managing every aspect of a product's development from conception to completion
• Testing samples and researching a sample product's effectiveness and impact
• Assessing and identifying product opportunities to determine which are worth pursuing
• Analyse data, polling customers to assess a product's need and viability
• Determining the right features for a product to ensure its effectiveness within the market
• Identifying and defining the target customer's needs and using this information to develop relevant products
• Oversee product strategy development and define the steps required to bring the product to fruition
• Liaising with external parties, vendors, integration partners
• Project Management and relevant tools
• Undertake competitor, market, customer, and alternative product research.
• Identifying effective process workflows and efficient product support.
• Help troubleshoot application issues, systems issues, networking problems, and login issues
• Provide general help to other members of the team on systems usage.
• Perform software installs
• Develops and conducts system test plans
• Evaluates the performance of existing systems, identifies and evaluates the suitability of adjustments that will improve performance
• Provides technical support to operations staff and developers during the resolution of problems
• Supports the customer in a technical help desk environment
• Office365 Management and user administration.
• Providing IT security and ensuring compliance with systems administration and control.
• User administration and systems support for remote teams

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to work with and demonstrate adequate knowledge of other unit workflows: Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Support, Compliance, etc.
• Familiar with web development, mobile applications, troubleshooting, domain, SSL, and other related functions administration.
• Willingness to understand and keep to date with regulatory, competition, market, and business environmentdevelopments.
