Product Manager - ATM Services at Premium Human Resource Solution Limited

Our client, a global reputable commercial bank, is recruiting to fill the position.

Job Summary

• Drive the strategy, development, and optimization of the bank’s ATM service offerings. Ensure seamless operations, user satisfaction, and cost-effective deployment and management of ATM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ATM service strategy aligned with business goals.
• Monitor ATM uptime, availability, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, software upgrades, and installations.
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience at ATMs (UX, security, etc.).
• Analyze transaction trends and identify optimization opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in e-banking or ATM product management.
• Strong knowledge of ATM networks, card technologies, and switching systems.
