You will be responsible for;
Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and converting prospective candidates into enrolled students.
Designing end-to-end candidate journeys, from initial touchpoints to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience.
Leading the admissions, marketing, and tech teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and seamless integration across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree
4 to 6 years of experience in product management, software development, talent development, or related fields
Strong understanding of the software engineering industry and job market trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with learning and development strategies
