As a Product Designer, you will craft user-centred solutions within a focused product team (pod), contributing to designs that meet user needs while aligning with business goals and technical constraints. You’ll work on end-to-end design projects, from discovery to delivery, with a focus on creating impactful and high-quality work within your pod.
This role requires a strong foundation in all aspects of product design - UX, UI, interaction, and systems design. You will play an essential part in shaping the user experience and delivering outstanding design solutions for millions of customers navigating the world of cryptocurrency.
Your mission will be:
Deliver end-to-end product design for assigned features and projects within your pod.
Conduct user research and discovery to understand customer behaviours, needs, and pain points.
Create scalable and polished design solutions aligned with brand and technical constraints.
Contribute to and utilise design systems in collaboration with the UI Design Lead and engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with product goals.
Present and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders, supported by data and user insights.
Advocate for user-centred design principles within your pod and the broader team
A little about you:
4–5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally in a high-growth or large-scale organisation (e.g., fintech, SaaS, or consumer tech).
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects, with clear outcomes and measurable impact.
Proficiency in UX and UI design, with attention to detail in both interaction and visual design.
Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative user research into your design process.
Familiarity with Figma and other modern design tools, as well as an understanding of design systems.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
A solid understanding of accessibility standards, usability principles, and behavioural psychology concepts.
Ability to manage your time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
