Product Design Interns at Estility Plc

Our company is looking for a Product Design Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate solutions to your product team in a manner that simplifies complexity and generates excitement;
• Collaborate and partner with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Developers throughout the discovery, design, and development process;
• Create intuitive and elegant product design solutions that solve complex consumer problems and drive business results;
• Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform and validate design decisions.

Requirements:

• Graduation date of December 2020 or May 2021.
• Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Information Architecture, or other related field.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Persuasive communicator – able to explain complex or intangible concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with and/or exposure to Lean UX methods and Agile development processes a plus.
• Collaborative and team-oriented work approach.
• Understand how to ideate and design product experiences for a range of customer contexts and canvas sizes.
• Ability to quickly convert ideas into design artifacts.
• Passion for technology and design, and the drive to stay on top of industry trends and best practices.
• Good listener – weighs input from multiple perspectives when forming opinions and recommendations.
