• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, refining existing products, and executing strategies to strengthen Passnownow’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with schools, NGOs, government bodies, and private organizations.
• Collaborate with the product and content teams to improve user experience and product value.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product and marketing strategies.
• Drive user acquisition and engagement across digital platforms.
• Develop proposals and pitch decks for potential partners and clients.
• Monitor key business metrics, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.
• Support revenue growth through effective sales and business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product development, business development, or strategy roles (preferably in EdTech or digital media).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for education and technology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
