Product and Growth Marketer at Darey.io

What we're looking for:

• 4–6 years across growth marketing, product marketing, or brand + performance — in a consumer tech, edtech, or marketplace environment
• You've executed brand strategy, not just written it in a deck
• You've built end-to-end funnels — from acquisition through retention
• You build your own automations. GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus
• You're comfortable in sales data — reviewing conversion rates, diagnosing drop-off, and acting on it
• You understand B2C and B2B growth — Xterns requires both simultaneously
