Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
• The Procurement & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement of PET bottles as raw materials, overseeing the logistics of recycling operations, handling the exportation of recycled materials, and sourcing for potential buyers.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and experience in supply chain management, particularly within the recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities
Raw Material Sourcing:

• Identify and establish relationships with suppliers of PET bottles and other recyclable materials.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor the market to stay informed of price trends and ensure a steady supply of raw materials.

Operations Management:

• Oversee the entire recycling process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to environmental standards.
• Manage logistics for the transportation of raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with production teams to align material supply with operational needs.

Exportation:

• Handle all aspects of exporting recycled materials, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and environmental laws.
• Identify and engage with international buyers for recycled products.

Buyer Sourcing:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers of recycled materials.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales and expansion.
• Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, delivery, and payment conditions.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Develop and manage the procurement and operations budget.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance and report on operational costs.
