Procurement Officer at Workflow HR Consulting

Our Client is looking for an experienced procurement officer who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement process within an organization. Their primary goal is to ensure the acquisition of goods, services, and supplies at the best possible value, quality, and terms.

Other responsibilities include;

• Identifying and selecting suitable suppliers/vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
• Evaluating and comparing supplier proposals to determine the best options.
• Negotiating terms, prices, and contractual agreements with suppliers.
• Generating and issuing purchase orders for approved procurement requests.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
• Ensuring procurement activities align with budgetary constraints.
• Analyzing market trends, pricing, and emerging products/services.
• Tracking and evaluating supplier performance to maintain quality and delivery standards.
• Ensuring procurement activities adhere to company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Identifying potential risks related to suppliers, market changes, and external factors.

Work Time: Monday - Saturday (9 - 5pm)
