Job Summary

• We are looking for a responsible Procurement Officer to handle the sourcing, purchasing, and coordination of materials and supplies. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage vendors efficiently while supporting daily operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
• Compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Track inventory levels and work with store/warehouse teams to avoid shortages.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up with suppliers.
• Prepare and submit procurement reports to the Head of Operation.

Requirements

• OND in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
