Procurement Officer at Compovine Technologies

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers
• Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Review all venders and suppliers.
• Maintain purchase records and other important data.
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
• Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies.
• Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers.

Requirements

• Cognate Experience – 3years and above of practicing procurement;
• Age Bracket 1984 – 1994
• University graduates only from the following discipline: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Engineering and all Engineering field.
• Ability to negotiate contracts.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Accurate attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player.
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
