Procurement Manager at MEDLOG Nigeria

About the Opportunity

• As part of MEDLOG Nigeria’s growth strategy, we are seeking a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services critical to our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the procurement policy for the organization in line with best practices and ensure strict adherence to procedure.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, vendor selection, contracting, and delivery tracking.
• Achieve the most value for the organization by negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing with the suppliers, while not compromising on quality, etc.

• Work closely with Finance to resolve invoices and other issues related to vendors’ delivery.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should possess a minimum of B.Sc. qualification
• 8 - 10 years of Experience in sourcing techniques, contract management, Supplier relationship management, and Supply chain management.
• Procurement Credentials (e.g. CIPS, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
