Procurement and Sourcing Officer at Ikosh Nigeria Limited

Requirements

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier assessments, and establish strong supplier relationships
• Organizing and managing RFQ documentations
• Generating and keeping records RFQ records and documentations
• Tracking RFQ progress and inventory
• Preparing RFQ analysis and commercial offers
• Curating and managing social media content.
• Support the procurement supervisor in the purchase order process and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintaining project dossier
• Creating, maintaining, and updating the project & RFQ tracking sheets.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements and provide expert guidance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and procurement.
• Any other duty assigned by the Procurement supervisor.

Requirements   

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1- 3 years working experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, ideally in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
