Requirements
Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Production/Operations Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or relevant training) will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or production/operations.
• Proven experience in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management.
• Experience in coordinating production processes, inventory management, and quality control.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/procurement software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with good leadership and organisational skills.
