Process and Compliance Officer at Gtext Group

Location: Omole Phase I, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ensure all processes and procedures are complied to
• Enforce policies and instructions
• Follow-up on tasks assigned and ensure they are completed before the deadline
• Deliver other tasks as assigned by the team lead
• Create and manage effective action plans in response tocompliance violations.
• Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
• Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Manager
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Integrity and professional ethics
• Candidate must resie around Ogba-Berger axis
• Candidate must be willing to resume immediately
• Candidate must be male for gender balance.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
