Process and Compliance Manager at Gtext Group

Responsibilities

• Implementation of laid down ground rules and regulations
• Comply with regulations of the industry and internal policies
• Identify risks and making suggestions to correct them.
• Developing Standard Operating Procedures
• Identify errors
• Ensure that Ground rules are strictly followed
• Follow up with staff to meet deadlines
• Attend all Management meetings
• Issue queries and documents and work with HR department for appraisal
• Seeks to establish a compliance culture that contributes to the over all objective of prudent risk management

Requirements

• First Degree from an accredited institution
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Assertiveness and sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the same role

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / month.
