Private Wealth Manager at The People Practice

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for relationship management of new, prospective and existing debt investors
• Identify nodes of HNIs and how to best engage with them 
• Cultivate a high-quality company brand via speaking engagements and marketing materials
• Research and analyze new business segments and engage new opportunities
• Onboard, negotiate and be responsible for delivering value to our debt investors
• Write and present proposals to prospective clients and reports to investors
• Manage CRM and update customer data

Requirements:

• Track record raising debt capital for fintechs and startups in USD and/or Naira
• 3+ years of relevant work experience with Background in banking, financial planning and/or business development
• Strong academic/professional track record
• Experience working in a high-growth, startup environment is a plus
• Excellent communication, business writing and presentation skills
• Strong MS Office skills, Excel spreadsheet / Powerpoint / Word skills
• Competency in researching sales leads and presenting pitch documents
