Private Chef at Gran Melia Hotel

Our client requires the services of a Private Chef for immediate employment. 

Location: Nicon Town, Lekki, Lagos State. 

Role Description:

• Oversees the client's kitchen
• Manages costing of food, supplies, stock taking and overall inventory
• Plans menus and daily meals in accordance with client's specifications, preference and dietary requirements
• Decides on the combination of dishes to prepare and serve per time
• Prepares meals to suit client's immediate needs
• Adjust meal plans as required or the occasion demands
• Ensures proper storage of foods, appearance and quality
• Shops for groceries, ingredients, condiments and stores them appropriately
• Responsible for food/ fruit packaging and preservation; ensuring optimal freshness 

Requirements

• Excellent in preparation of Continental dishes
• Proven working experience as a Chef 
• Should be able to communicate in English
• Good knowledge of a variety of dishes.
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent organizational skills
