DEPARTMENT: Production

RESPONSIBLE TO: Production In-charge (Printing)

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Shift Production

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To manage the production of the shift.

TASK PERFORMED:

• To ensure the print quality and shade of running jobs as per Quality standards and instructed Production schedule.
• To ensure the mixing of ink and solvent ratio as per instruction.
• Run the machine at the optimum output with good quality
• Focus on minimum wastage
• To meet the shift target.
• To maintain production log Book and parameter log sheet as per job
• To ensure check the size and thickness and treatment of input roll before loading on machine.
• To ensure the quality of the final roll from Q.A.
• Following GMP at the shop floor.

CONTACT/INTERACTION:

• Liaises continuously with Production In-charge and production staff.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Qualification: SSCE / HND / DIPLOMA
• Experience: 2-15years experience
