We are seeking an exceptional educational leader with a proven record of school leadership to serve as our Executive Principal. This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and team builder who will be responsible for the overall academic and operational success of the school
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to the school
Lead and develop the senior leadership team to drive school-wide excellence.
Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring it aligns with national and international standards.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing school culture.
Monitor and improve academic outcomes and student progress.
Promote professional development and performance management of staff.
Maintain strong relationships with parents, regulatory bodies, and the broader school community.
Oversee the school's financial management, facilities, and regulatory compliance.
Represent the school at events, conferences, and community engagements.
QUALIFICATION
A B.sc degree and Master's degree in Education or related field (Ph.D. is an advantage).
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position within a reputable school.
Demonstrated ability to lead a multi-campus or complex educational setting.
Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and school improvement strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Experience working with both Nigerian and international curricula (e.g. British Curriculum, IGCSE).
Strong financial acumen and operational oversight skills.
