- CIG Motors is seeking a high-caliber finance professional to lead capital strategy, fundraising, and investor relations as we expand our automotive and mobility ecosystem across Africa.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead capital raising strategy (debt, equity & structured finance)
- Manage investor relations and stakeholder engagement
- Execute M&A, joint ventures & strategic transactions
- Structure financing for expansion and infrastructure projects
- Lead capital markets activities & rating agency engagement
- Manage banking relationships and financing negotiations
What We’re Looking For:
- 12–18 years of experience in corporate finance / investment banking / PE
- Strong expertise in fundraising, deal execution & investor relations
- Deep understanding of capital markets and financial structuring
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CFA); MBA preferred
