Job Summary

• Beautiful Beginning Academy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Principal to provide strong academic and administrative leadership across the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
• Oversee teaching, learning, and academic standards
• Supervise, motivate, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
• Ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum
• Monitor students’ academic progress, discipline, welfare, and development
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and high-performing school environment
• Drive continuous school improvement and academic excellence
• Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure policies are implemented effectively
• Work closely with management to achieve the school’s goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in teaching, school leadership, or educational administration
• TRCN certification is an added advantage
• Proven leadership and staff-management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Passion for quality education and child development.

Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 monthly, depending on experience and suitability.
