    Presales Associate

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by identifying opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and providing product and service information that helps drive business growth.
    • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
    • This role plays a critical part in generating qualified leads and supporting the sales process from initial engagement through proposal development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
    • Engage prospective customers through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
    • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
    • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
    • Support the sales team with quotations, tenders, and business development initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
    • Follow up on inquiries and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
    • Assist in achieving departmental sales and revenue targets.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, sales support, customer engagement, or a related role.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to understand technical and business requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must reside in Warri or nearby areas and be available for on-site work.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in B2B sales environments.
    • Knowledge of proposal preparation and tender processes.
    • Experience working with technology, telecommunications, engineering, or service-based solutions.
    • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
