    PR Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    We are hiring a PR Sales Executive on behalf of our client in the Advertising sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in converting leads into long-term partnerships, expanding the client base, and contributing to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of public relations services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients to understand their PR and marketing needs.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the PR team to tailor sales pitches and develop effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
    • Presentations & Pitches: Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations to communicate the company's value proposition and close deals.
    • Contract Negotiation: Secure new business opportunities by negotiating and closing contracts with favorable terms for the company.
    • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communications using CRM tools.
    • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and the industry’s best practices to enhance sales performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the PR, marketing, or media industries.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid understanding of PR and marketing services and their business impact.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
