Power Platform Developer at Signal Alliance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

Develop Custom Solutions:

• Design and build advanced Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to address business needs.

Lead End-to-End Projects:

• Own the entire solution lifecycle—from gathering requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.

Systems Integration:

• Implement seamless integrations between Power Platform and other systems, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, on-premise systems, and third-party APIs.

Solution Architecture:

• Lead architecture and design discussions, ensuring applications meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.

Governance & Best Practices:

• Establish and maintain governance, security, and compliance protocols within Power Platform environments, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, define project scopes, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Power Platform solutions for enhanced performance.

Training & Mentorship:

• Mentor junior developers and provide training to business users on the use of Power Platform tools.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of professional IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience designing and deploying complex solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of integrating Microsoft technologies like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong proficiency in Power Platform governance, environment management, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
• Experience with API integrations, JSON, REST, and OData.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions) is a plus.
