Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI and Project Manager with a strong background in finance to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be directly reporting and provide executive/technical assistance to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The candidate would also be responsible for managing financial projects, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Provide Executive Support to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support financial analysis and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement financial reporting tools.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and dashboards.
• Train and support team members in the use of Power BI and other financial tools.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Executive/Technical Assistant preferably in a finance-related role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
