POS Agent at Strategic Outcomes Ltd

Responsibilties

• Transaction Execution: Efficiently process walk-in customer requests, including cash withdrawals (cash-out), deposits (cash-in), bank transfers, airtime purchases, and utility bill payments via the POS terminal.
• Cash Handling & Balancing: Receive, count, and dispense cash accurately, ensuring the physical cash on hand perfectly matches the electronic transaction history and terminal balance at the end of each day.
• Customer Service & Support: Greet customers warmly, clearly explain transaction fees, handle inquiries politely, and resolve basic payment or network dispensing errors calmly.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 0 - 2 years experience.
