    Portfolio Partner

    Job Description

    • As a Portfolio Partner, your primary role is to convert inbound leads into long-term clients by offering tailored investment guidance, managing property portfolios, and representing Wagon Wheel with professionalism and insight.
    • You will work hand-in-hand with our marketing, CRM, and technical teams to deliver a seamless advisory experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage and manage leads provided by the company (no cold calls required)
    • Understand client needs, investment goals, and lifestyle aspirations
    • Present appropriate property solutions across our portfolio
    • Advise clients on real estate investment strategy and payment plans
    • Conduct site tours, virtual presentations, and onboarding sessions
    • Build trust and maintain relationships for referrals and repeat sales
    • Track engagement and pipeline progress through CRM tools
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on feedback, insights, and campaign improvement

    Requirements
    Who We’re Looking For:

    • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • A natural relationship-builder with emotional intelligence
    • Previous experience in real estate, finance, sales, or client service (preferred)
    • Comfortable advising high-net-worth individuals, investors, and families
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
    • Driven by results, but not aggressive — focused on value-based selling.
