    • Handling of group luggage
    • Rooming of guests
    • Storage of guest property
    • Guest recognition
    • Lobby cleanliness
    • Delivery of mail, faxes, room drops and guest amenities
    • Posting of guest mail

    Qualifications

    • Speak, read and write English competently - (Matric or equivalent)
