    Job Description

    • Greet arriving guests warmly at the entrance
    • Load, unload, and transport luggage safely
    • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features
    • Store left luggage and issue claim checks
    • Answer questions about hotel facilities and local points of interest
    • Keep the lobby and front entrance clean and tidy
    • Move furniture or set up equipment for conferences and events
    • Perform minor fix-up tasks or report maintenance issues.

    Qualification

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant field.
