Job Description
- Greet arriving guests warmly at the entrance
- Load, unload, and transport luggage safely
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features
- Store left luggage and issue claim checks
- Answer questions about hotel facilities and local points of interest
- Keep the lobby and front entrance clean and tidy
- Move furniture or set up equipment for conferences and events
- Perform minor fix-up tasks or report maintenance issues.
Qualification
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant field.
