Job Summary

• We are seeking a vigilant and professional Pool Guard to join our hotel team in Davina Hill Resort, Gwarinpa Estate, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and well-being of all pool users while maintaining cleanliness and orderliness around the pool area.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise pool activities to ensure the safety of guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and surrounding areas.
• Inspect pool equipment regularly to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / WAEC qualification.
• Proven experience as a pool guard or lifeguard (preferred).
• Valid lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid training.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
