Polytechnic Hostel Supervisor at Inspire Vocational Academies

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of hostel residents
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the hostel environment
• Handle student concerns and resolve minor disputes
• Coordinate with management for maintenance and supplies
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND or relevant qualifications
• Previous experience in hostel or facility management is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with young adults in a firm but friendly manner.
