Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced Plumbing Sales Manager to manage and coordinate distributors nationwide, drive sales performance, develop new business opportunities, and expand the company’s plumbing products market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate distributors nationwide.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for plumbing products.
• Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, dealers, and key customers.
• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor distributor performance and develop strategies for improvement.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry and competitor trends.
• Expand product distribution and increase market penetration.
• Negotiate commercial terms with distributors and major clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide business performance updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plumbing sales or related building materials sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the plumbing products market and distribution channels.
• Proven experience managing distributors and developing business.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong business development and networking abilities.
• Previous experience in a sales management position is highly preferred.

Compensation

• Performance-based sales commission.
