Plumber / Water Maintenance Officer at Inagbe Grand Resort and Leisure

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and repairing plumbing services.
• Consistently check water level in the storage tank.
• Ensure the pumps are in good condition and always serviced at the appropriate time.
• Ensure the appropriate water level in the swimming pool is maintained.
• Routine check for leakages around the charlets in order to control water wastage.
• Respond to all visitors maitenance query in an effective ande prompt manner.
• Perform systemic checks and inspections regularly.
• Assist in the established proactive maintainance program in order to prevent malfunctions, breakdown and general depreciation.
• Maintains tools, and equipment in safe, secure and good condition.
• Keep all mechanical areas in a neat and orderly condition.
• Carry out inspection on pumps, water tanks and pipes area on a daily basis in case of problems arising unexpectedly.
• Offer maintenance and repairs to public areas, guestrooms and administrators office buildings.
• Carry out consistent preventive maintenance programs and regularly update your Manager on issues.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experiece as a Plumber/Water Maintenance officer
• Minimum of OND / HND.
• Minimum of 3 years work experiece
• Familiarity with major plumbing tools and maintenance for pipes, tanks and water facilities
• Ability to carry out routine checks and inspections from time to time
• Ability to carry out routine checks for leakages around the charlets inorder to control water wastage

Renumeration

• N720,000 Annually.
