Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team and provide plumbing services for our clients.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues, assess damage, and determine appropriate repairs or replacements.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and develop solutions, including troubleshooting leaks, clogs, and other issues.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing installations and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components.
• Identify and understand plumbing needs and provide recommendations/solutions.
• Collaborate with other contractors to coordinate plumbing installations and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all plumbing activities.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and service provided.
• Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively, following proper procedures and precautions.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely assistance as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in plumbing systems and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or vocational training preferred.
• Valid plumbing license or certification required; additional certifications or licenses may be required depending on location and type of work performed.
• Proven experience as a plumber, with a strong technical background in plumbing systems and installations.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment, including wrenches, pipe cutters, soldering irons, and drain augers.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
