The Plastic Manager is a professional responsible for managing and overseeing the production and operation of plastic manufacturing facilities. They are well-versed in various plastic molding processes, including Injection molding, Extrusion Blow molding, stretch blow molding, and ISBM processes.

• Overseeing the entire plastic manufacturing process, from raw material selection to finished product delivery, and ensuring that all processes run efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies and plans to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production is aligned with customer demands and requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Conducting research and development to identify new materials and technologies to improve the plastic manufacturing process.
