Job Title: Business Development Manager - Training

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager for Training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the training industry. They will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective business development strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the training division of the company
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's reach in the training industry
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay current on industry trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3 – 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the training industry
• Strong understanding of the training industry and the ability to identify trends and opportunities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as needed

The Plastic Manager is a professional responsible for managing and overseeing the production and operation of plastic manufacturing facilities. They are well-versed in various plastic molding processes, including Injection molding, Extrusion Blow molding, stretch blow molding, and ISBM processes.

• Overseeing the entire plastic manufacturing process, from raw material selection to finished product delivery, and ensuring that all processes run efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies and plans to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production is aligned with customer demands and requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Conducting research and development to identify new materials and technologies to improve the plastic manufacturing process.
• Managing budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

To excel in this role, a Plastic Manager should have a solid understanding of plastic molding processes, including Injection molding, Extrusion Blow molding, stretch blow molding, and ISBM processes.
