Description 

• The candidate will oversee operations at the industrial manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering;
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management position;
• Proven experience in managing manufacturing plants, preferably in the oil & gas, coating, fabrication, or heavy industrial sectors;
• Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, asset management, and operational optimization;
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills;
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage;
• Ability to drive operational excellence while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
• A second degree and professional membership are added advantages.

Age Requirement:

• Acceptable age bracket: 25 to 45 years.
