Job Description

• We are seeking a Plant Manager to provide leadership and support to our manufacturing plant to manufacture a product that satisfies our cost, quality, and service requirements.
• The Plant Manager establishes high-performance expectations and holds the team accountable.
• Oversee the Repair, Installation and maintenance of the manufacturing Plant including the implementation of Health and Safety Regulations.
• Develop and Implement the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• Implement Administrative Tasks Such As Reporting, Budgeting Etc.
• Periodically evaluate the improvements in reliability and maintainability of the equipment and helps raise the efficiency of the plant and product quality.
• Supervise the maintenance of production plants, electrical plants etc.
• Good Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Analytical Skills and Technical Expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of HVAC
