Description 

• Responsible for all preventive and corrective maintenance across coating lines, furnaces, heavy-duty plants, and auxiliary equipment.
• Proven record of optimizing plant uptime, leading maintenance teams, and implementing asset reliability programs.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in relevant roles;
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Industrial Chemistry, Electrical and Electronics);
• A second degree (MSc, MBA, MEng) is an added advantage;
• Relevant professional certifications are mandatory (e.g. NACE, COREN, PMP, ASNT, ISO, OSHA);
• Prior experience in pipe manufacturing, fabrication, oil & gas, or industrial engineering facilities;
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, under pressure, and in multicultural environments;
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership mindset.
• A second degree and professional membership are added advantages.

Age Requirement:

• Acceptable age bracket: 25 to 45 years.
