About Role

• We seek a skilled Pizza Chef to create high-quality pizzas from scratch, managing dough, sauces, toppings, and oven operations.
• You’ll maintain excellent taste, presentation, and cleanliness while working efficiently with the team.
• Experience in pizza-making, dough techniques, and creativity in developing unique flavours is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens to ensure perfectly cooked pizzas.
• Ensure proper portion control and consistent presentation of all pizzas.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant workstation that adheres to food safety standards.
• Monitor ingredient levels and inform management of supply needs.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, especially during peak hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and pizza oven operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualities:

• Creativity in crafting new pizza flavours and specials.
• Passion for high-quality ingredients and fresh food.

Salary
N120,000 - N160,000 Monthly.
