Photo Studio Manager at 363 Photography

The Photo Studio Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the company. This person will be tasked with the primary responsibility of analyzing and improving customer relationships and work to ensure quality delivery, productivity, and efficiency.

Job functions include:

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching front office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of BSc in any area of study but preferably Business Administration
• At least 3 years of experience in office administration
