Phlebotomist at Amy Consulting

He / She will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood, urine, and swab samples from walk-in and home-service clients.
• Ensure proper labelling, storage, and timely dispatch of samples to laboratories.
• Manage client appointments, respond to inquiries, and provide pre-test instructions.
• Maintain positive client relationships and handle feedback to improve service quality.
• Coordinate with HMOs, partner facilities, vendors, and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Support lab operations, including sample input, testing assistance, and inventory tracking.
• Ensure compliance with lab safety protocols and administrative procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in phlebotomy or medical laboratory science.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is an added advantage.
