JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing pharmaceutical care and excellent customer service to online and offline customers.
• Apply pharmaceutical knowledge in recommending medications accurately to patients online and offline.
• Dispensing and properly labeling medications for use in online and offline orders
• Dispensing of controlled medications and poisons using the proper Pharmacy guidelines and rules.
• Labeling and packaging of orders to be dispatched to customers
• Reviewing doctor’s prescriptions for drug interactions, appropriateness, and legality.
• Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products, and monitor their condition to prevent expiration or deterioration.
• Counseling of patients/customers on drug use and lifestyle modifications.
• Provide assistance with other medical services such as; laboratory tests, doctor's appointments and emergency response, etc.
• Keep records of patient history and enter records properly into the systems.
• Inventory management- Stock count, expiry date checks
• Keep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
• Display empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on your team.
• Motivate, inspire and develop your fellow colleagues' strengths, and address development opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Pharm Degree from a reputable higher institution
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as a licensed pharmacist in the capacity of a pharmacist
• Must be proactive, innovative and creative
• Must be able to work independently and with a team
• Must possess excellent communications and reporting skills
• Must reside on the Island, in Lagos
• Preference will be given to those available to resume immediately
