AAZIK Petroleum is seeking an experienced and driven Petroleum (Lubricant) Operation Manager to lead operations, procurement, distribution, and sales activities across our lubricant and petroleum product lines.

Job Description

The Petroleum Manager (operation) will:

• Lead and manage the entire AAZIK Lubricants team, fostering high performance and strategic alignment.
• Oversee daily operations of the lubricant division including inventory, procurement, and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to optimize reach and delivery.
• Supervise sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and maintain market competitiveness.
• Track performance metrics, prepare analytical sales reports, and report market trends to senior leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality control, and safety standards are upheld.
• Monitor pricing structures, competitor activity, and refine strategy based on market intelligence.
• Collaborate with logistics partners, marketing specialists, and executive stakeholders.
• Guide the sales direction of the lubricant business to increase revenue and profitability.
• Prepare comprehensive operational and financial reports for executive management.
• Establish and maintain internal systems, SOPs, and robust operational controls across departments

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Related Field
• Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in petroleum/lubricant operations or management
• Strong leadership and Management experience with a proven track record in sales and team supervision
• Deep understanding of petroleum product lifecycle, logistics, and quality control
• Excellent reporting, supply chain, and communication skills
• Must reside in Abuja
