    Purpose:

    The objective is to identify a successful candidate to serve as a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO of the Bank.

    The role is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and reports to the CEO of RMB Nigeria.

    Responsibilities:

    • Management of the CEO's active calendar of appointments

    • Planning and coordination of the CEO’s schedule

    • Provides a bridge for clear communication and maintains credibility, trust, and support between the office of the CEO and staff

    • Management of all travel arrangements

    • Scheduling of meetings - sets up meetings, agenda and invites

    • Co-ordinate refreshments, lunches, etc. for clients, workshops, and events

    • Provide comprehensive secretarial services to the CEO, including minute-taking, typing and filing

    • Draw up agendas and ensure they are effectively distributed

    • Prepare and distribute board packs, Exco packs and other relevant documentation

    • Processing of invoices and expense claims

    • Coordinating the replacement of consumables - stationery, coffee, water, paper, newspaper, etc.

    • Routing/escalating/resolving queries as required

    • Management and drafting of personal correspondence

    • Ensures the proper documentation and record keeping of the office

    • General office administration

    • Perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary

    • Plan and manage own workflow, anticipating obstacles, juggling priorities, and following through on objectives within agreed timeframes and according to quality standards

    • Maintains and treats with strict confidence the matters and affairs of the CEO’s office

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Secretarial diploma and/or other relevant qualifications

    • 2 - 5+ years of office administration experience, depending on the level of the position
