Personal Assistant to a Musician at Candid Solutions

Responsibilities 

• Dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for appropriate attention.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
• Reminding the employer of important tasks and deadlines.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
• Collating and filing expenses.
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the employer, which will according to the sector and to the employer’s remit.
• Handle requests and queries appropriately.

Requirements

• A Degree holder
• Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.
• Available to travel on the Job.
• Good camera and video editing skills.
• Excellent social media management.
