We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO.
This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s time is effectively managed, strategic priorities are tracked, and communications are handled with clarity and discretion.
The ideal candidate must be resourceful, tech-savvy, and capable of managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Chief Executive Officer’s office.

Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and events across multiple time zones.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics, materials, and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Serve as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
Track and follow up on projects, tasks, and strategic initiatives to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Maintain organized systems for document management, contact databases, and executive records.
Support the CEO with personal tasks and errands when necessary to ensure overall efficiency.
Liaise with departments across the organization to ensure information flows smoothly and operational support is provided when needed.
Monitor budgets, prepare expense reports, and manage procurement needs related to the CEO’s office.
Conduct research and provide briefing materials, summaries, and reports as required.
Identify inefficiencies in administrative processes and implement improvements.
Represent the CEO in meetings and engagements when required, taking notes and providing timely updates.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as delegated by the CEO.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity.
Preferably Male
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of initiative.
Absolute discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels with confidence and tact.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with modern productivity tools.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
High level of emotional intelligence and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
