Job Description: We are looking for a smart and efficient Personal Assistant who is vast in office management and can handle administrative and personal duties on behalf of the Managing Director.
Location: Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, Oyo, Rivers, Kano, Plateau, Anambra, Ondo, Gombe, Benue
Salary: Very Attractive
Job Responsibilities
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Act as the point of contact between the managing Director and internal/external clients
Devise and maintain office filing system
Handle requests on behalf of the MD
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes of meeting Source for office supplies
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Job Requirements:
OND, HND and B.Sc qualification
20 - 40 years of age
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Must be very smart, articulate and well organised.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Good office etiquette and responsible
