Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and calendar activities.
• Organize meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Handle calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the employer.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Manage files, records, and confidential information.
• Handle personal errands (shopping, bookings, etc.).
• Arrange transportation, accommodation, and travel itineraries.
• Organize meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
• Ensure urgent and important tasks are completed on time.

Requirements

• Female candidate with a Secondary School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven experience in an administrative role (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
